久しぶりに、東京へ出かけた。つくば号で、並木大橋から木曜夕方5時すぎに出て東京駅まで1時間40分でついた。

ブラウンマッシュルームの食感は松茸のようで豪華絢爛、味は絶品。

美浦のマッシュルーム生産団地で、マッシュルームを買った。
昨日は、通常のホワイトマッシュルームと、ブラウンマッシュルームも売っていた。
ブラウンマッシュルームは、どんこしいたけのような形と色をしている。
新鮮な大きなブラウンマッシュルームが10個くらい入っていて一袋100円だった。
縦にスライスして、炒めて塩コショウして食べた。
マツタケのような食感で、美味しかった。
